Rest in Peace Otis . Otis and my dad worked together at US Customs NY for over 40 years . Otis and his wife came to my Bar Mitzvah . When I worked part time in the World Trade Center thru HS and College I saw Otis all the time and we were close . He was an honest , kind and good man . Much love and Respect and condolences to the Searcy family .
